Welcome to the internet home of the Waukegan Township Republican Organization (WTRO). Waukegan Township is located in the northeast corner of Lake County IL. The backbone of Waukegan Township Republican Organization consists of forty-eight precinct committeeman positions and numerous “Friends of the Party”.

A primary goal of our organization is to enable township residents to become actively involved in supporting Republican Candidates and Representatives. This support is especially crucial during the various Election Campaigns at the Federal, State, County, and Township level. We work in our neighborhoods, at the grassroots level, to promote the Republican Party.

The WTRO participates in community events throughout the township and is in constant need of volunteers to serve, especially during election periods. Our mailing address is P.O.
